Rosie Harriott
Rosie joined the team at Bridgebuilder in 2007 as the Secondary Schools Worker and Team Leader, coming from Milton Keynes Council Youth Services where she worked as an outreach youth worker.
Following an internal restructuring in Bridgebuilder, Rosie is now Secondary Team Leader, responsible for the development of secondary schools work and the secondary schools team of students and volunteers.
Rosie studied at The Centre for Youth Ministry, obtaining a degree in Youth and Community work. This took her to London to work with inner city youth. In the final year of her studies she returned to Milton Keynes and volunteered with a local church as a youth worker and also with the Bridgebuilder Trust as a voluntary schools worker running a Christian union, supporting the MOUSE team and mentor work.
As a young person who grew up in a local Milton Keynes school, Rosie herself benefitted from the work of Bridgebuilder and, during her time in secular youth work, Rosie felt a strong desire to return to full time ministry.
Rosie works alongside Lex and Tony to serve the local secondary schools in a variety of ways and to encourage young people and local church members to be a Christian presence in their schools.
